Come Visit

If you’ve not already been to visit the centre yet, we strongly advise that you and your pet come to pay us a visit.

We do require a pre-meeting before your dog attends so this is the ideal opportunity to do this.

We will also be able to discuss your pets needs and most importantly have a look around at our facilities.

You’ll get an insight into a typical day at the centre as well as seeing what activities your pet could be involved in.

Doggy Bag?

"What should I take to daycare" is one of our most commonly asked questions.
Below are a few areas covered:

Collar & Lead

All pets should be left at daycare with their own collar and lead.

*Please note, we are not currently taking leads from owners during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Dog Coat

Our centres are equipped with halogen heats so they shouldn’t need to bring a coat but you are more than welcome to pack one or have them arrive in one if your pet tends to feel the cold.

Toys

We have hundreds of toys to suite all dogs within our centres so there really is no need to bring any toys.

Reminder of Home

We know that separation anxiety is often questioned when leaving your pet for the first time with us, so if you wish to pack a little blanket it their day bag that’s fine.  They’ll probably be far too busy making new friends and playing with all of our toys to think about that though!

Food

If your dog or puppy is usually fed at the time they’re at daycare, simply pack their food in their day bag in the correct portion size in a named lunch box and we will feed your dog separately at lunch time.

If their food is raw it will be stored correctly in our dog food fridge.

Medication

Should your pet require any medication, this can be administered and stored as instructed by a vet.
